font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">另外我会和员工在入职前和刚入职的几次培训当中,不断的告诉他们职场的残酷性和重要性。并且会罗列工作当中过往员工的投诉点,同时也会举例说明我们的优点。</span><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">比方说全员福利、五险一金、内部晋升体系的公平公开性,年终评估的科学性和公正性等等,缩短这个员工在这个过程当中的观望期和打量期,让其做快速的取舍。要么选择好的平台高福利,但是高强度的工作,要么选择低压力,没有前途的平台。而且最好是在入职前或者刚刚入职的那么几天之内快速的想出好。一旦想好了确定要做了那么以后不准再出现这种犹豫,只能聚焦在这个工作当中。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; white-space: pre-wrap; text-indent: 37px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">我曾经和很多HR也聊过。那HR会跟我反馈,如果是薪水问题,职位不匹配,发展空间的问题,往往是我们作为HR是可以有办法解决的。但是来自家庭的这些外在的干扰因素导致的离职往往是非常非常难把控的。而且HR觉得自己很无能为力。但是一旦如果我们能够有机话提前做铺垫,或者能够提前计划一下。跟这些员工能够坐下来好好的沟通,可能我们结果就会好很多了。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 176, 80); box-sizing: border-box !important;">集中解决住房的问题</span>。鼓励内部合租。租房过程当中呢,人员的搭配是非常重要,我会在这里花很多的功夫,那一般情况下讲究的是一个适度的调配。在新人入职的时候我会明确要求,拿补贴可以,但是要搬到公司附近。当然我会明确的告诉她享受这个房屋补贴是有一个制度。一旦他哪天换工作了,他可能就会考虑搬家的这个痛苦。以及交通不便带来的这种痛苦之处,甚至新的公司没有一个这样的补贴或者就是对他来说是一个亏了一笔钱。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
